All standard entry ticket holders have a pitch in the Village. Tents, roof tents, campervans and car campers are welcome!

Entry tickets include a delicious spit-fired Hog Roast on the Tuesday evening - veggie, vegan and GFO available.

Enjoy delicious Food Trucks across the Monday and Wednesday evenings. Tokens are strictly pre-payable and will be handed to you in your welcome pack on arrival.

Monday offers Barbecue, with Wednesday offering fresh woodfired Pizza! Fresh crepes are also available There is no limit to how many tokens you can purchase so get hungry for some epic food and keep yourself nourished during this full-on adventure week!

How Does it work ?

How to Book:

1. Choose Your Ticket: Standard 4 or 6 night camping (BYO camping set up - tent, campervan, roof tent), accommodation upgrades (6 night event only), electric hook-up available (6 night event only).

2. Book & Pay: Secure your spot online via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Clearpay.

3. Receive Your Ticket: Get your ticket via email and bring it with you for check-in.

4. Join the Whatsapp community (link will be sent in your confirmation email) and get to know the organisers and community attendees, plan ride-sharing, group hikes, and group activities!

5. Pack Your Bags: Follow our packing guide and join us for an unforgettable adventure!

What is Included & Terms

How does it all work?:

Upgrade options are only available for the 6-night event duration.

BELL TENTS:

1. Choose Your Upgrade Ticket based on how many people are sharing:

e.g.: three people want to share a Bell Tent - one person needs to buy one ticket at £580. This provides access to one furnished tent set for three to share along with three entry tickets. You will then need to arrange with your mates for them to pay you for their share of the ticket, which is £193.33 each (unless you're treating them, of course!)

2. Bedframes complete with full bedding and sheets are provided in the Bell Tents. Double beds are generously topped with a full-size foam mattress, making them the same height as a standard bed, and single beds are comfortable Jay-Be beds, all furnished with soft sheets, pillows, plush throws and warm duvets. Each bell tent also includes a low level table, lighting and signage. Note no electric available.

3. We will contact Bell Tent bookers directly to confirm the bed configuration required. Only two of you? Have a lovely double bed, or two single beds. Four mates sharing? Have 4 single beds, and so on.

4. A maximum of two dogs are permitted per Bell Tent. Please remember to purchase their own separate 'Doggo Ticket'.

CARAVANS:

1. Check if you need a pet-friendly caravan. Pets are not permitted in the caravan ticket options which state 'NO DOGS'. All of the other options allow a maximum of two dogs per caravan. If bringing a dog, please remember to purchase their 'Doggo Ticket'.

2. Caravans are a flat rate fee regardless of how many occupants (max four per van) so, as with the Bell Tents, one person needs to buy the ticket to secure the caravan.

e.g.: four people want to share a caravan - one person needs to buy one ticket at £830. This provides access to the caravan you've selected and four entry tickets. You will then need to arrange with your mates for them to pay you for their share of the ticket, which is £207 each.

3. Each static caravan is fully insulated, double glazed and centrally heated. All units have fully equipped kitchens with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and gas or electric oven.

4. Bed sheets are NOT included in the caravans. The site provides duvets, pillows, a shower mat, toilet rolls, soap and cleaning pack for washing up during your stay. You will need to bring your own bed sheets, bathing and beach towels, and tea towels.

5. All gas and electricity is included in the caravans for no additional fee. Note, electricity supply is not suitable for EV charging.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE ACCOMMODATION UPGRADES.
