Booking Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with Let’s Go Events Ltd, trading as Let’s Go – The Adventure Club (“Let’s Go”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
By completing a booking with Let’s Go, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms, together with any specific terms or information provided for the event, activity or trip you are booking.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. About Let’s Go
Let’s Go – The Adventure Club is a social and adventure community organising events, activities, group experiences and trips, primarily for adults in their 20s and 30s.
Some experiences are organised directly by Let’s Go. Others involve third-party accommodation providers, activity operators, transport providers, venues, tour operators and other suppliers.
The description and booking information for each event or trip will explain what is included.
2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, you must be 18 years or older to attend a Let’s Go event or trip.
Although the Let’s Go community is primarily aimed at people in their 20s and 30s, any specific age restriction applicable to an event will be stated before booking.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically capable of participating in the activities you book.
Individual suppliers may impose their own age, fitness, health, height, weight or other participation requirements. Where applicable, these requirements also apply to you.
3. Making a Booking
A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been successfully received and booking confirmation has been issued.
Bookings may be processed using third-party booking or payment providers.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when booking is accurate and complete.
If you make a booking on behalf of another person or group, you confirm that you have authority to do so and are responsible for making them aware of the terms and information applicable to their booking.
Places are subject to availability.
4. Prices and What Is Included
The price and inclusions for each event or trip will be stated on the relevant booking page or trip information.
Unless specifically stated as included, the following are normally your responsibility:
-
flights and transport to and from the destination or meeting point;
-
travel insurance;
-
passports, visas and travel authorisations;
-
vaccinations and health requirements;
-
personal spending;
-
optional activities;
-
food and drinks not specifically listed as included; and
-
other personal expenses.
We may change the advertised price of places that have not yet been booked.
Once your booking has been confirmed, changes to the agreed price will only be made where permitted by applicable law and the terms applying to that booking.
5. Deposits and Payment Plans
Some trips may be booked using a deposit and/or instalment plan.
The applicable payment schedule will be displayed when you book or otherwise communicated to you before booking.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to make the required payments by their respective due dates.
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to bring the payment plan up to date.
If payments remain outstanding, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the applicable cancellation terms, subject to your statutory rights.
6. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, you should notify Let’s Go as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation charges may apply.
The amount will depend on the circumstances of the booking, including:
-
how far in advance you cancel;
-
payments already made or committed to suppliers;
-
costs which cannot reasonably be recovered;
-
whether your place can reasonably be resold; and
-
any cancellation schedule or conditions disclosed before you booked.
Deposits and other payments may be non-refundable to the extent that they represent costs or losses reasonably incurred as a result of your cancellation, subject always to applicable consumer law.
Where a particular event or trip has its own cancellation schedule, this will form part of your booking terms.
Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or refund rights provided to you by law.
7. Transferring Your Booking
For some events and trips, we may permit you to transfer your place to another eligible person.
You must contact Let’s Go before transferring or selling your place to somebody else.
Transfers may be subject to supplier approval, availability, name-change costs, administrative costs and restrictions imposed by accommodation, airlines, activity providers or other suppliers.
Where statutory transfer rights apply to a package booking, those rights will not be restricted by this section.
8. Changes to an Event or Trip
Travel and events occasionally require changes.
We may need to alter an itinerary, activity, venue, accommodation, meeting time, transport arrangement or other aspect of an event or trip.
We will try to keep changes to a minimum and will notify affected customers of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Minor changes which do not materially affect the overall experience may be made where reasonably necessary.
If we need to make a significant change, your available options will depend on the circumstances and applicable law and may include accepting the revised arrangements, accepting a suitable alternative or receiving an appropriate refund.
9. Cancellation by Let’s Go
Occasionally, it may become necessary for Let’s Go to cancel an event or trip.
If we cancel, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending upon the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer:
-
an alternative event or trip;
-
revised arrangements;
-
a credit where you freely choose to accept one; or
-
an appropriate refund.
Where package travel legislation applies, your statutory rights under that legislation will apply.
10. Minimum Participant Numbers
Some events and trips require a minimum number of participants to operate.
Where this applies, we may cancel an event or trip if the required minimum is not reached, provided we comply with applicable law and any notice periods that apply.
If we cancel for this reason, we will provide the alternative or refund required by applicable law and the terms of your booking.
11. Package Travel Rights
Some combinations of travel services offered by Let’s Go may constitute a package for the purposes of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Where those Regulations apply to your booking, you are entitled to the rights and protections provided by them.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or override those statutory rights.
If there is any conflict between these terms and a mandatory right provided by applicable package travel legislation, the statutory requirement will take priority.
12. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances
Events outside our reasonable control may sometimes affect an event or trip.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism or its consequences, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, significant transport disruption or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
Your rights in these circumstances depend on the nature of your booking and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits a statutory right you may have to cancel, receive a refund or receive assistance as a result of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
13. Flights and Independent Travel Arrangements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, flights and travel to and from the destination are not included in your Let’s Go booking.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel.
Where we tell you that an event or trip remains subject to confirmation, we strongly recommend that you do not make non-refundable independent travel arrangements until the trip has been confirmed.
Where you independently purchase flights, accommodation, transport or other services outside your Let’s Go booking, those arrangements are separate contracts between you and the relevant provider.
We are not responsible for losses arising from separate arrangements for which we are not legally responsible.
14. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all applicable travel requirements.
This includes ensuring you have:
-
a valid passport;
-
any required visa or travel authorisation;
-
sufficient passport validity;
-
required vaccinations or health documentation; and
-
complied with immigration, customs and destination entry requirements.
Travel requirements can change. You should check current official government guidance before travelling.
If you are unable to travel because you have failed to meet an applicable entry requirement, this will normally be treated as a cancellation by you, subject to applicable law.
15. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance from the point you book an overseas trip.
For particular trips, appropriate insurance may be made a condition of participation where this is communicated before booking.
Your policy should be suitable for your personal circumstances, destination and planned activities and should normally consider medical treatment, repatriation, cancellation, personal belongings and relevant adventure or sporting activities.
You are responsible for understanding the terms, limits and exclusions of your insurance.
16. Adventure Activities and Risk
Some Let’s Go experiences involve outdoor, sporting, physical or adventure activities.
These may include hiking, skiing, camping, watersports, cycling, driving and other activities carrying an inherent degree of risk.
You must follow reasonable safety instructions given by Let’s Go, event organisers, guides and activity providers.
You should not participate where doing so would be unsafe because of your health, fitness, intoxication or other circumstances.
Individual activity providers may require you to agree to additional participation or safety conditions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
17. Behaviour and Community Standards
Let’s Go aims to provide a friendly, inclusive and safe environment.
Participants must treat other attendees, organisers, suppliers and members of the public with reasonable respect.
We may take appropriate action where we reasonably believe someone's conduct creates a safety risk or seriously affects another person's experience.
This may include behaviour such as:
-
violence or threats;
-
harassment;
-
sexual harassment or sexual misconduct;
-
discriminatory abuse;
-
bullying or intimidation;
-
dangerous or reckless behaviour;
-
serious damage to property;
-
unlawful behaviour;
-
serious or persistent disruption; or
-
refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include a warning, removal from an activity or event, removal from Let’s Go community groups or exclusion from future events.
Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect participants or manage a serious incident, we may take appropriate precautionary action before completing a fuller review.
If somebody is removed because of serious misconduct, this does not automatically entitle them to a refund. Any decision concerning payments will nevertheless be made fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
18. Alcohol and Drugs
Some Let’s Go events take place in environments where alcohol is available.
You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behaviour.
A participant who is seriously intoxicated, behaving dangerously or creating a material risk to themselves or others may be refused participation or removed where reasonably necessary.
Illegal drug use or other unlawful behaviour may also result in removal.
19. Accommodation
Where accommodation forms part of your booking, you must comply with the reasonable rules of the accommodation provider.
You may be responsible for loss or damage deliberately or negligently caused by you.
Some Let’s Go trips use shared accommodation. The general accommodation arrangements will be described as part of the trip information.
Room allocations may occasionally need to change where reasonably necessary.
20. Third-Party Suppliers
We work with accommodation providers, venues, activity companies, transport operators, guides and other third-party suppliers.
Some services forming part of your trip may therefore be delivered by independent professional suppliers.
Where Let’s Go is legally the organiser of a package, we accept the responsibilities imposed upon organisers by applicable package travel legislation.
Nothing in these terms is intended to avoid those responsibilities.
Services which you independently purchase directly from another business generally form a separate contract between you and that provider.
21. Problems During an Event or Trip
If you experience a problem during an event or trip, please tell a Let’s Go representative or the relevant supplier as soon as reasonably possible.
This gives us an opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve the problem while the event or trip is taking place.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us after the event.
22. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses which:
-
were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made;
-
result from inaccurate information supplied by you;
-
arise from services independently arranged by you outside your Let’s Go booking; or
-
arise from matters for which Let’s Go is not legally responsible.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
23. Photography and Video
Photography and filming may take place at Let’s Go events and trips.
Content may be used to document our events and promote the Let’s Go community, including through our website and social media channels, where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so.
Where appropriate, we may notify attendees that photography or filming is taking place.
If you do not want to appear prominently in promotional content, please tell a Let’s Go organiser or photographer where reasonably possible.
Where consent is legally required for a particular use, we will seek it.
24. Website and Promotional Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that our website and promotional information are accurate.
However, itineraries, venues, accommodation, suppliers and schedules can change.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, photographs of destinations and activities may be illustrative and cannot guarantee particular weather conditions, scenery or other circumstances outside our control.
25. Complaints
If you have a problem with a Let’s Go booking or experience, please contact us so we can investigate.
Please include your name, booking information and a clear description of the issue.
